He maintains a positive attitude toward learning and mastering new concepts, especially in the cooking lab part of class. His willingness to step out of his comfort zone has been seen through his hard work and good grades.
Samantha Johnson consistently goes above and beyond in her projects and assignments. She demonstrates a growth mindset through her willingness to research topics beyond the project requirements and frequently asks questions that delve deeper into our FACS8 topics. She actively participates in class and assists other students. Despite being involved in sports, clubs and dance after school, she submits all her assignments on time.
Santino Boccasini has participated in cross country and winter track. Santino always gives 100% in everything he does. Whether in the classroom or on the field, Santino strives towards his goals and never gives up. Santino is polite, respectful and a pleasure to have in class.
Stacey Ayaquica stands out as a good example of someone with a growth mindset. She always has a positive attitude and takes on challenges with that mindset. She is hard-working and respectful to her classmates and teachers.

Instead of getting discouraged by obstacles, they view challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. If a particular strategy doesn’t work, he adapts, reflects, and tries a new approach. Sophia Hackshaw is an extremely honest and admirable young lady. She embodies the concept of good character and integrity, as she found a substantial amount of money and returned it to the main office. She does the right thing when no one is watching.
