Floral Park Memorial High School eighth grader Aaminah Khondker won an award on behalf of the New York Water Environmental Association for her artwork capturing the aspects of keeping watersheds clean. Her artwork is being showcased in their 2024 calendar. This project was part of Junior High Science Research.
