On April 11, the Sewanhaka District art department hosted a reception at the Elmont Public Library. Each artwork on display was selected by an art teacher to celebrate the exceptional talents of 25 district student-artists.
Proudly representing Floral Park's art department are five exceptional student artists: Natalie Czajkowski from Mr. Kutner’s Drawing and Painting class, Zoey Frazier from Ms. Crimi’s Art 8 class, Gurleen Kaur from Ms. Glasser’s Illustration & Design class, Madeleine Lynch from Mrs. Papajohn-Shaw’s Studio in Art class and Chennai Wallis from Ms. Santana’s Advanced Placement 2-Dimensional Art & Design class. Their exceptional artworks will be displayed throughout the month of April!
