On March 13, the Floral Park Women’s Club hosted its annual luncheon. The luncheon celebrated exceptional artwork from across the island. Marissa Ramirez, Jade Trask, Luigi Buffa, Safiya Mohammed, Rven Khan, Raina Koshy and Ramanpreet Kaur all had piece in the exhibition and were recognized for their artwork in the areas of Drawing, Illustration, Digital Design and Photography.
Luigi Buffa was awarded a first place honor for his acrylic painted landscape. Jade Trask was awarded a second place honor for drawing, and Safiya Mohammed was awarded a third place honor for her painting.
The Art Department is once again very proud of our students’ artistic accomplishments and encourage them to keep creating and expressing themselves through art!
