The Art Supervisors Association (ASA) recently hosted an art exhibition geared towards upper-level art students. Students are recognized for their talents through awards and scholarships. This year, Sewanhaka students Jade Trask, Hailey Sethi, Febina Kurian and Shanti Jean-Louis exhibited in the virtual art exhibition. Shanti Jean-Louis was awarded the Senior Scholarship Award for work in the area of drawing. The Sewanhaka High School Art Department is extremely proud of all our students’ accomplishments in the area of the Arts.
ASA is a professional organization of art supervisors and administrators. A non-profit advocacy group for education in the Visual Arts, ASA is active in the promotion of quality art instruction at all educational levels and provides a forum for ideas relating to art and art education.
