Sewanhaka High School students spent time on April 14 assisting the Village of New Hyde Park with Earth Day activities. The students walked along Jericho Turnpike removing litter, followed by a visit to Memorial Park in New Hyde Park. The students planted a tree and two dozen pansies around the perimeter of the tree.
