On May 28, the Sewanhaka High School Band performed for the Village of Stewart Manor Memorial Day Ceremony at the Stewart Manor Country Club. Attendees included veterans of all branches of service, Stewart Manor Mayor Michael Onorato, Nassau County Comptroller Elaine Philips, Nassau County Legislator John Giuffé, Specialist 4th Class Dominick Palestino, and members of Boy Scout Troop 134.
