Facilities Use

Please be advised that effective July 1, 2025, the District will be charging for building use on Saturdays, Sundays and anytime the building is otherwise closed. The permit holder will be notified, in advance, of estimated charges for personnel, heating and cleaning.  Fees are established annually at the Board of Education Re-Organization Meeting.

Additionally, effective July 1, 2025, the District will be working with NYSIR, the District’s insurance provider, and its Risk Management Team, to help ensure the District is following its recommended insurance requirements. The requirements will include mandated umbrella/excess insurance coverage and proper endorsements for all permit holders. Specific insurance requirements are outlined in Administrative Regulation 1410.2 (copy attached).  Please review with your insurance provider to help facilitate timely approval of submitted certificates of insurance and required endorsements.

The Board of Education continues to be committed to making its facilities available to District residents within the limits designated by its policies and regulations.
