Sewanhaka High School hosted its second annual Career Showcase on April 18. A variety of organizations and professionals were in attendance that highlighted the 16 career clusters of the National Career Cluster Framework.
Some of the careers that were featured included education, engineering, entrepreneurship, law, technology, offshore wind, and union/apprenticeship options, among others. Representatives from the NYS Parks Department, the Legal Aid Society, SCOPE Education, the Department of Labor and others were in attendance.
Students were able to make connections with these career professionals, discussing insights and skills, interests, and values.
